2
Collaboration with GPS/LORAN and INS Takao sagawa Tamotsu ikeda (Position 、 timing and Attitude Sensor VSAS-2GM )
3
1. INS is self-directed system not to need external signals. 2. INS keep to output position, velocity, bearing and pitch, roll and yaw attitude. 3. INS is not able to keep position accuracy for long hours caused by drift error. 4. INS is big and very expensive. What is inertial navigation system ?
4
Dialog of modern sensor sensor GPS ANT The sensor integrates GPS with inertial measurement sensor, which uses GPS to achieve meter accuracies and to shorten alignment time.
5
Merit of modern sensor 1. High performances 2. Small size 3. Low weight 4. Cost-effective and 5. In-door navigation by GPS/e-LORAN (?)
