7 RIO Programming RIO can accept: 1.Galil’s standard two-letter commands 2.Code from Galil’s Ladder Interface Software which converts Relay Ladder Logic into two- letter code.

8 Software Tool for Ladder Logic Galil provides a software tool that converts a standard Relay Ladder Logic (RLL) program into a Galil program Allows user to graphically enter a complex I/O routine into the software, and have that routine run deterministically on the RIO Supports functions such as contacts, coils, boxes (timers, counters, operators, etc) and analog I/O

9 What is Relay Ladder Logic? Relay Ladder Logic (RLL) is a standard programming format used primarily for programmable logic controllers (PLC) RLL is a graphical programming language to specify I/O logic
