Five thoughts/questions Awareness of dementia is at its highest – great innovative practice abounds We need to challenge primary/secondary care barriers Is dementia is the new diabetes? Is MCI the new renal impairment? Can dementia be “diagnosed” in primary care ? We need to link diagnosis and post diagnostic support
