5 DCC Simulation (DCC_SIM) Test software routines at higher count rates than currently achievable in hardware. TEST ENTIRE SOFTWARE PACKAGES. Simple Nuclide Single  branch  ray or conversion electron Constant Decay Rate Simple “spectral” shapes NOT using “Fermi” theory for  spectra Rectangular or triangular shapes KNOWN activity, extrapolation fit parameters Not realistic, but KNOWN properties ! Quality Assurance of Analysis Code Walk before we run !
