Author The Hague 4 June2010 3 No need for an actual regional plan this year Should not duplicate work on EU 10yr plan (but might suggest how EU modelling can improve) Preparation is required to define how work on a regional plan would be useful if done next year We need to ask “How can any regional analysis add value?” What can we do differently to achieve better results?
