STEP 2: Select Establishment and then click the Sign-up link

STEP 3: Fill in the required information. Make sure that the fields with the red plus (+) sign are filled in, otherwise the system will not accept your application. Don’t forget to click the Submit Button

STEP 4: After registration, establishments are required to submit the following requirements Tax Identification Number and any of the following: - DTI Registration - SEC Registration - DOLE Registration as per Department Order No for Contractors - Other documents issued by duly authorized agencies * Establishments are given 10 days to submit the required papers, to the nearest DOLE office, otherwise the system will automatically delete the unverified registration

STEP 1: Select Region/PESO/School and then click the Accreditation link

STEP 2: Username and Password is required. Only authorized users are allowed to access this facility.

STEP 3: List of Establishments for accreditation * Click on a particular establishment that you will accredit!

STEP 4: Verify the submitted documents. Click the Verify button

Vacancy Posting STEP 1: Log-In to Phil-JobNet to be able to access your account

Vacancy Posting STEP 2: To post vacancy, click the JOB VACANCIES link

Vacancy Posting STEP 3: Click the Add Record Button

Vacancy Posting STEP 4: - Fill in the required information. Make sure that the fields with the red plus (+) sign are filled in otherwise the system will not accept your application. - (*) sign for Civil Service only - Don’t forget to click the Insert Record button.

Vacancy Posting STEP 5: An employer may include his preferences or requirements for each vacancy, i.e. Preferences for Course, Education Level, School, License, Eligibilities, Certification, Language and Residency. Click on the link provided for each preference if needed to be posted.

Vacancy Posting STEP 6: - After posting vacancies, click the Run Job Match button to access the qualified applicants. - Click on a particular Position to view the names of the qualified applicants.

Vacancy Posting STEP 7: The profile of each applicant can be viewed by clicking on their names.

Vacancy Posting STEP 8: Matched Applicant Profile - Contact number, educational attainment, address, work experience, License etc.
