Job Orders in EFM Why is this important? ◦How the Job Order is coded impacts your job seeker customer’s ability to apply for the job  If the Job Order is “Unsuppressed”, the job seeker customer simply follows the directions in the Job Order to apply for the job  If the Job Order is “Suppressed”, the job seeker customer must be referred to the employer by a RWB staff member  If the Job Order is “Staff View Only”, the job seeker will not see the Job Order at all
