E-mail Sending Courtesies Brevity is Best- Be considerate of time value to you and your recipient. Being brief and to the point promotes clarity. Using White Space-Enables the recipient to read easier when there is a lot of information. Put spaces between paragraphs, greetings and salutations. Be descriptive but short in the Subject line-enables recipients to choose the order they read emails by importance or category.

E-mail Sending Courtesies Keep to Subject-if you have a lot of information consider the idea to creating a news group, chat group, or create a mailing list that would be more applicable. Attachments-keep the files smaller for those who have slow internet. If you have to send large files often, consider creating a shared file that you can save the documents in and share them with out the problem of downloading large slow files.

Adobe Reader is a free download from the internet.Adobe Reader CC and BCC-Carbon Copy and Blind Carbon Copy- Consider when it is appropriate to send emails to multiple recipients using the CC or the BCC. What is Flaming? Basically it is a common action of trading insults and fits into the category of bullying. Try to avoid responding to those types of emails. If it is a problem-save them in folder for future steps to resolve the problem. Often times, if you ignore it, it will go away. Block the address if needed and/or report it as spam.

What is Trolling? This is posting a message that is highly off subject, designed to arouse controversy and cause a flame war. Try to avoid responding to those types of emails.
