Effect on survival -6 volunteers (3 male and 3 female) -Blood sample (5mL) -100 mosquitos/sample/time -Observation at 24 hours intervals -Dead mosquitos removed and counted METHODS Patient diagnosed with helminthiasis with ivermectin indication D0D2 D4 D7 -IC signature -New sample after 4h - Patient returns for new samples D14
