End of Year RtI Documentation Considerations

End of the Year Select one color to be your school’s RtI Folder, that differs from ESE, 504, LEP folder colors Delegate a person(s) responsible to receive, review, and file documentation to be placed in cumulative folders Delegate a person(s) to create and/or update spreadsheet of students receiving intervention Print out easyCBM (iStation, Read180, etc.) progress monitoring data to include in folders Place RtI folders in student Cumulative Folders

Possible Scenarios Tier 2 Student Receiving Tier 2 Support Tier 2/3 Student Receiving in Tier 2, but likely needs Tier 3 Next Year Tier 3 Student Receiving Tier 3 Support

Student Receiving Tier 2 Documents for the Cumulative Folder Any Parent- Teacher Conference forms related to the intervention A copy of Tier 2 forms black out/ white out other students’ names (page 2 of the form) Any anecdotal information that the interventionist/ teacher wants to share with next year’s teacher/PLC Include any progress monitoring data from the intervention Print out easyCBM, iStation, FASTTMath Copies of any intervention fidelity checks/obser- vations

Student Beginning Tier 3 Next Year All of the Previous Documents for the Cumulative Folder Plus… Cumulative Review Form with IPT/Viewpoint printout Observation Form(s) ELL form (if appropriate) Add to intervention spreadsheet to be considered for Tier 3 problem- solving in the Fall

Student Receiving Tier 3 Support All of the Previous Documents for the Cumulative Folder Plus… Tier 2 and Tier 3 forms Additional Progress monitoring data/graphs (print out graphs from easyCBM, iStation, Read180) etc. Additional Parent- Teacher Conferences ELL form (if appropriate) Any Intervention Summary & Recommend -ation Forms
