The selection of an existing RFID chips in the market that complies to the requirements that will be defined in the project The development and test of the antenna The research, selection of glue material that will surround the antenna and chip functioning as a isolating and protective capsule which will enable its attachment to the product. More precisely, it is intended to develop a tag with the following mechanical characteristics: o At room temperature it will be soft and flexible o At -40°C it will be rigid to allow its insertion inside the leather or wood o At 100°C it will be transformed into a plasma enabling the encapsulation of the material to be attached, for instance leather, wood or cloth. o Resistant to all productive processes (up to 140°C considering also aggressive processes and working environments). 2007
