Distinguished University Professor Dr. Alireza Yalda, father of sciences of infectious diseases in Iran In honor of extraordinary scientific, charismatic and humanitary character of Professor Alireza Yalda internationally renowned scientist, researchers and university professors founded in year 2009 the “International Prof.Dr. Alireza Yalda Academic Foundation in Medical Sciences”. The constitution has been established in April 2010 in Bonn in Germany.

Bylaws of the International Prof.Dr. Alireza Yalda Academic Foundation in Medical Sciences Founded in May 2008 in Bonn, Germany Constitution April 2010 Article I: Name The name of this academy is the “International Prof.Dr.Alireza Yalda Academic Foundation in Medical Sciences”. The academy is named after the distinguished University Professor Dr. Alireza Yalda in honor of his extraordinary scientific, charismatic and humanitarian character. Article II: Aims The aims of the academy are more especially: To promote the medical sciences, their art and ethics for betterment of public health. To raise the standards of the medical professions and of medical education. To accelerate worldwide the scientific cooperation between scientists and researchers and the favorable relation among the physicians. To promote the young researchers and scientists in medicine and public health

The 3d international congress 17-20th November 2012 - Enormous progress of science in the field of biotechnology and cellular and molecular medicine in recent years has opened new entries into the better understanding of mechanisms of diseases and new approaches in diagnosis and therapy especially in diseases which are difficult to treat. On the other hand this progress challenges different aspects of medical ethics and raises many questions involving what sort of ethical conduct should be expected by researchers, scientists and physicians. Our congress in this year focuses on the latest outcomes of research in molecular and clinical medicine and the role of medical ethics and social responsibilities.
