More than 100 million animals are tested on annually. 61% of animals used suffer no pain 31% have pain relieved with anesthesia 6% experience pain. (http://www.animaltestingfacts.zoomshare.com/) 90% of animals that are tested on are rats or mice. The animals are used in experiments include dogs, cats, sheep, hamsters, guinea pigs, and primates.

Even though we can’t eliminate testing products on animals, we can stop ourselves from using the products that do test on animals.
