4. Teacher Liaison’s Training  Each Principal was asked to select a teacher to be trained in both the Marzano Teacher Evaluation System and The iObservation Tool  This teacher can serve as an additional school support for introducing the Marzano Design Questions and iObservation.

7. IPDP Update  We just completed the IPDP Development Phase and are moving into the IPDP Implementation Phase.  This phase is from October through April.  Roles during the Implementation Phase.

8. PD Component Updates  All Professional Learning Proposals (1853) should have been submitted through Liquid Office  District Opened Components  Teacher Evaluation  ESP  Pre-Service

9. Next Online Meeting  Due to scheduled District Meetings on the 2 nd Tuesday of each month, starting next month we will change this meeting to the 1 st Tuesday of each Month.  Next Online Meeting will be December 6, 2011. Times to select from are:  8:00-9:00 am  3:00-4:00 pm
