www.toastmasters.org Identify location, contest date & time Notify Division Governor Promote date, location and time on the website Flyer and email to all clubs in your area Recruit contest chair and Toastmaster Recruit a test speaker for evaluation contest Ask area clubs to provide two: Timers SAA Ballot Counters Advance Preparation (one month)

www.toastmasters.org Recruit a Chief Judge Determine how contest judges will be recruited: yourself or Chief Judge Anyone who is competing in any future contest would disqualify him/herself if they judge Locate Area trophies Advance Preparation
