43. Vestas Wind Systems A/S is a Danish company, which is making wind turbines. It is the largest in the world! Vestas was founded by Peder Hansen in 1945. They have made more than 44,000 wind turbines in 30 years. Vetsas had at the end of 2010, 23,250 employees internationaly. Vestas has installed over 41,000 wind turbines in 63 countries on five continents.
