5. What is Ozone? Ozone is a molecule composed of three atoms of oxygen.
Two atoms of oxygen form the basic oxygen molecule.
The third oxygen atom can detach from the ozone molecule, and re-attach to molecules of other substances, thereby altering their organic composition.
It is used to eliminate organic waste and reduce odor in water and air.
Ozone is created in a number of different ways

6. How is Ozone Made?
Ambient air (oxygen) passes through an air gap between a high voltage electrode and a stainless steel grounding electrode. The “energy field of electrons” created by the high voltage electrode instantly converts oxygen (O2) molecules into ozone (O3).

8. corona Discharge versus Ultra Violet
UV is Ambient Air that is passed over an ultraviolet lamp, this process splits oxygen (O2) molecules in the gas which produces less concentration of Ozone than Corona Discharge.
Corona Discharge is an electrical charge that is spread over a small dielectric surface, creating an electrical field, or “corona” this produces a higher concentration of Ozone.

Corona Discharge is more cost-effective than UV-ozone generators.
Corona Discharge rarely needs to be changed as UV must be changed yearly.
Construction of small Ozone Generators allow them to be installed in virtually any area.

10. Mass Transfer via Venturi
Venturi Injectors work by forcing water through a conical body which initiates a pressure differential between the inlet and outlet ports. 
This creates a vacuum inside the injector body, which initiates ozone suction through the suction port.
