Net one new member by end of year – minimum Many members means many interests and ideas New members means new interests and ideas “Many hands make work light ” Something for everyone and someone for everything Every member participates in at least one service activity and one social activity “Engage Rotary – Change Lives” Every member contributes at least something to The Rotary Foundation Money from TRF provides grants for both Community Projects (Field of Greens pergola) & International Projects (school in Sierra Leon, clinic in Peru) Working together to “ Engage Rotary - Change Lives” Every member enjoys their Rotary experience

Bid for 2016 District Conference to commemorate 100 years of Rotary in Port Arthur & Ft William Port Arthur Rotary’s 90 th anniversary – in conjunction with Canada Clubs Polio Plus dinner in February Identify/initiate International Project – currently exploring possibility of project in Latin America that would involve a grant - stay tuned for future news Oktoberfest – October 11, 2013 – CLE Coliseum

Highway Cleanup will be moved to a location in town – to be announced later Five S’s might also include: Socializing more at tables Sharing – members share short reports of interest on recent trips, events, etc. in their personal lives Significant matters concerning club, Canada Clubs, District or RI/TRF - inductions, PHF’s or other special recognitions – members’ biographies - news, reports and education etc.
