Responding to requests from other libraries Requests received in a variety of ways: ISO ILL Requests As files in pre-defined format entered by staff Once requests are received Relais Auto-search checks your library catalogue Local location, class number & title are retrieved and added to request Request is sent to Print Request Queue Requests can be printed as frequently as required
