1 Technology of manufacturing of partial removable dentures.

2 Removable Partial Dentures consist of a metal framework with plastic teeth and gum areas. The framework includes metal clasps or other attachments such as precision attachments that hold the denture in place.

3 Removable partial dentures fill in the space left by missing teeth and restore a beautiful smile.
They provide a variety of important benefits, including: Provides support for lips and cheeks Prevents facial sagging Helps you chew food properly Improves speech Protects and supports your bite and the TMJ

4 Conventional Partial Dentures, consists of metal clasps that are C-shaped, I-shaped and Y-shaped 9parts of the denture framework). They fit around neighboring natural teeth. These teeth may require shaping to help hold the clasps and keep the denture securely in place.

5 Precision Attachment Partial Dentures, similar to a key fitting into a keyhole. A crown that is placed over your tooth contains the “keyhole.” The denture contains the “key.” When you put in your denture, the "key" fits into the "keyhole" in the crown. This type of denture looks better because no clasps are visible. It also fits tighter. However, it does take more skill to place in the mouth because the “key” must fit exactly into the "keyhole."

6 Valplast Partial Denture, a flexible, biocompatible, thermoplastic nylon with unique physical and esthetic properties. Its translucency allows the patients natural tissue color to appear through the material. It has the advantage of not showing any metal and as a natural look. Valplast can be used with metal to increase strength and esthetics.

23 The next step of the partial lamellar dentures manufacturing is casting models in the articulator.

24 After an articulator opening the occlusal platens are deleting, correct wax templates and start to partial lamellar denture manufacturing. As is it shows any partial lamellar denture consist of a three parts: basis, artificial teeth and clasp system.

26 Clasp system is fixing denture attachments which hold it in the oral cavity at the chewing and non-chewing movements. Clasps are sectioned by a material: on the plastic and metal.

Plastic polymerization is carried out in a ditch under the influence of temperature and pressure. As is it shown we have a three casting methods of model in the ditch. Direct (when in the lower part of ditch remaining the clasps, artificial teeth and the model), reverse (when the plastic teeth and clasps are moved at the lower part of ditch) and combined (when the clasps remain on the model, but a teeth moving to the upper part of ditch). At the partial lamellar denture manufacturing can be all three paths.
