24. MRP criteria is based on the Roadway and Traffic Design Standards. As long as you are following these standards, we will pass MRP.

25. Don’t get caught up in things you cannot control, such as plan design. We can get exceptions for these issues and not be scored on them. Follow the Standards and Specifications.
