Current Proposal On October 16, 2014, the Environmental Protection Division (EPD) received a request that includes the following components: Re-initiate the maintenance dredging of the rim ditch identified in Permits SADF 08-052 and SADF-12-05-005. No changes to the permitted design are proposed. Remove Specific Condition No. 6 in SADF-12-05-005, which requires any boat docks be located within the ditch. After reviewing its practicality and application, this requirement actually promotes new dredging and boat dock configurations that result in greater environmental harm; and, Transfer SADF 08-052 to Taylor Morrison of Florida, Inc.
