1 2011 Reviews Health Services for People with Learning Disabilities West Midlands Quality Review Service

2 Aim: To support NHS organisations in the West Midlands in improving the quality of health services by undertaking reviews of the quality of clinical services

5 What did we review ? Primary Care General Practice Specialist Learning Disabilities Services which included:- Short break and day services In-patient units Community learning disabilities services People who buy the services (Commissioners)

8 Reviews: New to everyone Difficult linking with some people Making sure the reports said the same – we could have been better May be not be harsh enough
