CSU campuses reflect upon the number of applications it has historically received from community colleges in its vicinity in defining their local admission area (AA -2010-20 ) SB 1440 Degree students must complete a minimum of 12 units in residence at the conferring CCC to be designated “local” Available Degree Major If a program is not offered at an applicant’s local campus, THEN CSU-eligible students are guaranteed to be considered as “local” to the most adjacent campus offering the program.
