8 Analysis o Rainfall significantly higher than expected; reserves replenished after three years of drought; deliveries at or near 100% for agricultural and urban centers o Significant damage to Culver reporting station, although repair costs will be shared with state and federal agencies, and repair work to access road is beginning immediately o National Weather Service predicts higher-than-expected precipitation for remainder of spring and possibly into summer
