Professional Development Goal Ongoing professional development will continue to filter through the professional development team and focus on the instructional needs identified through the use of performance data. The 1 st Monday of each month will be used for teachers to work in professional learning communities (teams) for the purposes of joint planning, establishing common language and collaborating on research based instructional strategies.
