3. Where we’re coming from… Multiple campuses!!!! The 24 community colleges are at 40 locations 55 state-assisted campuses + 33 independent campuses 88 campuses!!! x 30 products 2640 sets of stats processed monthly

4. Where we’re coming from… Who’s doing the processing? –Me –Our Executive Assistant –Ouch!!!!

5. So what do we need? Consistency in format Consistency in content Consistency in coverage Consistency in delivery Did I mention we really need consistency?

6. And what else do we need? As little as possible (aka maximum efficiency) –Minimal logins –Minimal files –Minimal processing
