Important Change #1 IV. Obtain a postsecondary or secondary credential, or it’s recognized equivalent, within one year of exit Secondary diploma or its recognized equivalent counts only if participants have obtained or retained employment or are in an education or training program leading to a recognized postsecondary credential within 1 year after exit from the program.
