It is the Contractor’s responsibility to develop, direct, coordinate, and sustain NREL’s scientific, technical, management, analytic, financial, commercialization, and support resources to enable the development and deployment of the disruptive technologies, policies, and market innovations necessary to achieve NREL’s mission.”
