The athletic program at Desert Heights Preparatory Academy strives to develop the skills necessary for student-athletes to be competitive and successful when addressing the challenges of the 21 st century. 4. 1. Enrollment Packet must be turned in tonight 2. Participation Fee $75 Due tonight last date accepted will be March 15 th 3. Physical: Due before March 15th

If there is ever an issue or concern we ask you follow these steps: 1.Ask for a private conversation with the Coach in e-mail or after practice. 2.If the issue continues, contact the Assistant Athletic Director (Courtney Martin). 3.If the issue continues, contact the Athletic Director (David Blackburn). 4.If the issue continues, contact the Superintendent (Mark Jiles). We are asking that every Parent respects our protocol and steps, and we hope to see all of you at the events and games supporting the DHPA Athletic Department.

6. 1.Individuals will be given one warning for inappropriate activity. 2. Individuals that continue; will be asked to leave the fields and the player will be removed from the game until the spectator has left. 3. Other sanctions as deemed necessary by the Athletic Director or Superintendent may be enforced, including permanent ban. 4. All decisions are final; there will be no hearing or appeals.

7.  JH BOYS BASEBALL: Monday-Wednesday 3:45-5:15pm Every Other Saturday’s  HS BOYS BASEBALL  Monday-Friday 3:45-5:45pm Some Saturday’s  CO-ED SOCCER  Monday-Wednesday 3:45-5:15pm  TRACK  Monday-Thursday 3:45-5:15pm  Practices start March 4th

10.  Please make sure that you watch the video and sign 1 of the sheets at the check out table.  We will need parent and athlete to print their name.
