A 15 year old schoolgirl from beiza No underlying disease No childhood diseases No peri-natal complications Presented with abnormal back shape since 2 years ago that progressed during this time interval

The patient underwent spinal deformity reduction surgery. Post-op: No neurological deficit MP: ALL 5/5 Sensory and saddle: Intact DTR: ALL 2/2 Hemodynamic status : Stable Vital signs: normal

A 27 year old young lady (housewife ) from laar without any underlying disease who developed back pain about 6 years prior to admission Mild and tolerable at first Gradual exacerbation of pain Slowly progressive back shape deformity The patient was referred to this center due to intolerable non responsive to analgesics back pain and severe kyphotic spinal deformity

The patient underwent kyphotic deformity reduction POST OP: Stable hemodynamic status The patient developed left lower extremity weakness that recovered in almost three days
