3. A 15 year old schoolgirl from beiza  No underlying disease  No childhood diseases  No peri-natal complications Presented with abnormal back shape since 2 years ago that progressed during this time interval

A 27 year old young lady (housewife ) from laar without any underlying disease who developed back pain about 6 years prior to admission  Mild and tolerable at first  Gradual exacerbation of pain  Slowly progressive back shape deformity The patient was referred to this center due to intolerable non responsive to analgesics back pain and severe kyphotic spinal deformity
