3 Career and Technical Education CTE - A program of study that involves a multiyear sequence of courses that integrates core academic knowledge with technical and occupational knowledge to provide students with a pathway to postsecondary education and careers.

35 What is the right goal? “College for All” needs to be broadened to mean a meaningful “post-high school credential” for all. A meaningful credential can be earned in many ways: Community College Apprenticeship Military 4 Year University
