Approve variety of advanced courses Comply with foundation program Prepare students to enter work force Permit advanced courses to be offered in applied manner Dual credit can satisfy foundation courses Create a combined world history and world geography course Elective credit met by advanced CTE courses: Certification Associate degree

Complete 26 credits 4 math 4 science 2 additional electives SBOE develop curriculum requirements for each endorsement Participation of educators, business, labor industry “Opt-in” for arts and humanities Substitute advanced science with another course related to endorsement SBOE adopt criteria “Opt-out” Student’s parent/guardian permission

Report categories of endorsements offered District must offer 1 endorsement Multidisciplinary Endorsement noted on diploma and transcript
