Staging “Levels” Based on points assigned in matrix of staging criteria (“selection rubric” –Not Staged –Stage 1 –Stage 2 –Stage 3 –Stage 4 –Stage 4A –Stage 4B

Submission Window Submission Window (begins when staging is released in ISAM (likely in September) and ends on December 7, 2012* Stage 1 – will complete all documents by December 7, 2012 and retain locally Subject to submission request by TEA

Changes for 2012-2013 One CIP, One CAP for PBMAS, AU, AYP RF still separate for 2012-2013 Improvement Plan Workbook (district) data analysis needs assessment improvement plan corrective action plan (CAP), if noncompliance is identified

Submission Window Submission Window (begins when staging is released in ISAM (likely in September) and ends on December 7, 2012* Submission window is same for all staged LEAs, regardless of staging “levels” or programs Note: Earlier (October 15) “submission window” for districts who are staged for AYP/AU only
