Cerro de Pasco sub-sections(370 km).  Modality: Comprehensive projects Bid.  Concession term: 25 years.  Competition factor: Works the Concessionaire intends to execute, in addition to the Works categorized as mandatory by the State.  Financing: Responsibility of the Concessionaire for works execution, operation and maintenance.  Strategical Partner: The Strategical Partner will be the Operator, who must have and maintain a minimum thirty five percent (35%) share of the Concessionaire’s subscribed capital. 3. 5.92 km Characteristics Guarantee: Guarantees are considered for the proposal’s effectiveness and seriousness, for the Contract’s performance and Works’ execution.  Best Economic Proposal: The Best Economic Proposal will be the one submitted by a Pre- Qualified Bidder which proposes, in accordance with the established priority, executing the highest number of Works for Tender and Tiebreak, in addition to the Works categorized as mandatory by the State.  Award: It will be granted if at least two (02) valid Economic Proposals are received.  Toll Units: The three (3) existing tolls will be handed over to the Concessionaire on the date of commissioning.
