Guidelines for Village Clusters Need Items 1. No Bus / auto / jeep facility 2. No 3-phase electricity 3. No / min sanitation 4. No proper public phone linkage 5. Poor availability of drinking water 6. Poor schooling facilities 7. Distant from a Public Health Center 8. Min / non-available veterinary doctor 9. No big town nearby 10. Lot of unemployed youth 11. Lot of neglected medical cases Choose only those village clusters that fulfill all “compulsory items”, and at least 7-8 of the “need items”.
