1.Attach a balloon to the end of the straw with tape, choosing the end furthest away from the bend. 2.Push a straight pin through the straw about halfway between the balloon and the bend in the straw. 3.Fasten the pin in the eraser of the pencil. 4.Follow the procedures on your Balloon Rally worksheet. 5.Record your data. 6.Return your materials.
