2. Regional SECURITY Program Mandate: To provide Regional direction & support in areas of crime prevention, investigations and the protection of property & human resources.

Regional SECURITY Program Structure & Responsibility:  Regional Manager - WRHA - Chair / Regional Security Team (RST) - Mobile Patrol Officers (MPO)/Community - Manage Contract Security Resources (Paladin Security)  Security Manager @ DLC - Security Officers (Paladin Security)  Director Security @ HSC - Security Officers (in-house / parking patrol / Paladin)  Other site Security Managers & Coordinators take guidance from Regional Security Program.

Regional SECURITY Program Span of control:  Community clinics and offices,  Regional sites - RDF, Laundry Services, Aboriginal Health Services, Logistics Services, River Park Gardens PCH, Hip & Knee, MB e-Health.  Direct - Report facilities: DLC, GGH and VGH Resources:  In-house Guards  Contract Security Guards (Paladin Security group)  Patrol vehicles
