4. Fowler position & Semi-fowler position In the fowler position,pt. on bed with angel 30 In the semi-fowler position,pt. on bed with angel 45 It’s useful with pt. have breathing problems to improve lung expanding by diaphragm down ward with abdomen

6. Trendelenburg position Pt. elevated his leg by bed. It also call shock position ( وضعية الإفاقة ) it’s important to improve blood circulation

7. dorsal-recumbent position This position is used to do medical exams. Some people use this position for a comfort measure or exercise.
