2 Our Organization Ten years ago the state legislature disenfranchised every voter in our state by approving a plan that guaranteed the re-election of incumbents from both parties. We are dedicated to preserving the voice of our regional suburban communities, while fully recognizing the legal mandates and goals of the California Citizens Redistricting Commission.
