3. Statewide Transfer Tools Launched in 1998 Home of Illinois Articulation Initiative (IAI) o Statewide articulation agreement www.itransfer.org Launched in 2002 u.select is a tool to let users learn how agreements – IAI and any other articulation agreements – effect individual students.
