26 President Want Ad Imagine you are an employer seeking qualified applicants to apply for the job of President of the United States. What are the formal requirements you would request, what are the informal qualifications you would include? The informal qualifications are up to you. What do you think some of the qualities of a good leader are? What experience would you ask for? What benefits does the job have? What is the job description? What are the Powers of the President? Remember, you want the most qualified person to lead this country. What would your “want ad” look like? Compose yours on a blank sheet of paper. Be creative- You want to make this an attractive job.
