Images A sea-bird is flying over the sea. It is alone, it hears the noise of the blowing wind and the noise of water. The poet is like the sea-bird: he is sad and alone, he hears the cold wind which seems to cry. He hears the rhythmic flowing of the waters that sounds like the clock beating the time.
