7 Clicking on the title takes you to the login page. Click on login here

8 Enter your Athens details and click Login

9 If you’re unlucky you’ll see something like the screen below, rather than the cover of the book you want

10 If this happens MINIMISE the screen:

11 And then click once again on the title of the book you want to read

12 You should be taken straight to the book cover. Click on read online

13 Experiment with the grey toolbar to turn over pages, resize the font etc.

14 Choose from below options Return to ebook provider menu Continue to next ebook demo Exit tutorial (press Esc)

16 Once you’ve input your Athens credentials the site should display the book

17 Download the text a chapter at a time

18 Many books, but not all, allow you to download chapters as PDFs which you can then store on your device

19 Choose from below options Return to ebook provider menu Continue to next ebook demo Exit tutorial (press Esc)

20 Made incredibly easy: e.g. Diagnostic tests made incredibly easy!

21 Clicking on the title takes you straight to the Athens log in page. Enter your Athens details and click Login.

22 This takes you to the book (and to the real supplier, OVID)

23 Use the side menu on the left of the page to find the section you want to read

24 Click on Print Preview to make the section fill the screen (or to print off)

25 Select either Full size or Medium and click Continue

26 More convenient for reading or printing.

27 Choose from below options Return to ebook provider menu Continue to next ebook demo Exit tutorial (press Esc)

28 MyiLibrary: e.g. A-Z of chest radiology

29 Clicking on the title takes you straight to the Athens log in page. Enter your Athens details and click Login.

30 The book appears: use the icons to resize, find the page you want…

31 Or print a page (or pages, up to a maximum of ten at a time)

32 Warning: attempts to print off too many batches of ten pages at a time can result in your account being suspended for 24 hours
