4 4 The Pico provides the earliest warning to a potential fire condition within localised areas or where space is limited. Air is drawn from the protected area through a 25mm o.d sampling channel. The Pico continually monitors the samples from areas up to 850m2

5 5 The aspirator has a static pressure of 800Pa providing superior detection times in high air low environments The Pico employs a very high sensitivity smoke detector, with a range of 0.005% to 20% obscuration/metre with four alarm levels. This wide dynamic range allows early warning detection and the ability to trigger suppression systems.

7 7 Single channel large bore aspirated early warning smoke detection system Uses a high-sensitivity laser smoke detector combined with a high static pressure centrifugal blower to achieve the earliest warning to a fire condition The large bore pipes are normally 20mm / 25mm o.d. and are sited so that sampling holes along their length provide wide area detection coverage The system has four input pipes with individual flow monitoring, each of which can be up to 100metres in length This unit also comes with a display

17 17 ASD - High Performance Aspirator The ASD allows the use of simple point detectors within an aspirated system The system incorporates two analogue addressable point detectors providing the ability for failsafe redundancy or mixed detection strategies The ASD utilises a high performance aspirator and flow monitoring circuit

18 18 The flow level is displayed on a 10 element bargraph with adjustments for high and low flow thresholds Flow failure is reported to the central panel as a device fault on the primary detector The ASD incorporates an in-line air filter to remove dust particles from the air sample

19 19 Filter is housed in a removable transparent cartridge enabling rapid inspection and maintenance The ASD provides closed loop sampling whereby the exhausted air can be completely returned to the sampled area making it particularly suitable for prison cells, hospitals and duct sampling
