15. Home’s will be assessed for external repairs and landscaping work that could be completed in one day by a group of 10-20 volunteers led by skilled construction leaders. Some examples of the type of repairs that might be included would be:  Exterior painting of trim/siding where volunteer friendly  Caulking or weather-stripping around doors or windows  Adjust or repair windows and doors  Minor roof repairs  Storm door repair or replacement  Window screen repair or replacement  Building handrails to entrance steps or small access ramps  Cleaning gutters or small branches surrounding the house  Mowing lawn, planting bushes or flowers
