You may have support notifications sent to two* email addresses. *Up to ten more addresses may be added in the email configuration menu.

You may change the time, but we recommend keeping every day* selected for backup. * Monthly fees for data storage are not affected by how often you backup.

How to Change Your Data Selections Open your Configure Menu and Select “Selections”.

This message will tell you which mode of backup you are currently using. You will see Standard Mode or Expanded Mode. Refer to the Help Menu for more information.

Browse through your folders in the left column. The data in the selected folder that has been included in the backup will appear in the right column.

How to Exclude Specific File Types or Folders Open your Configure Menu and Select “Exclusions”.

Scroll down to find the particular file extension to be excluded from the backup. You may also add your own exclusions.

How to Configure a Wireback Job Open your Configure Menu and Select “Wirebacks”.

Click on “Add Job”.

After naming the Wireback job, select “Add Folder”. Scroll through the folders and subfolders to find the folder needed for the Wireback job.

After you have made the selections, select “Schedule Job”.

Schedule the job and set expiration. “Browse” to choose where to store the Wireback Job or leave blank to transmit to Enveloc only.

Select “Quit” to exit the Wireback configuration menu.

You may verify the status of the OFA driver. If the Remote Backup stopped unexpectedly in its last session, option 5 may be used to ensure that all caching has been discontinued.

Basic level logging records starting and stopping of the driver and similar system level events. Advanced level records actions at the file level. The log file will grow to whatever size is necessary to record events unless you specify a maximum size.

To define a group, enter a simple name next to the Add New Group button and click the button. The group name will appear in the dropdown box. Click the Update button and you may either specify files, entire folders, or any combination thereof.

To uninstall OFA, Click “Uninstall”. Uninstalling OFA will also uninstall the Enveloc OFA Control service.

Type in the complete path and click “Add.” Be sure to preface with an asterisk if the program needs to run before the backup.

Browse to the folder and confirm you would like the folder deleted* by selecting “Ok”. *Folders are automatically deleted from the servers after 48 hours.
