2. The Charities We Chose As a house we voted on one local and one national charity in which we raised money for. The local charity that we chose was The P.A.C.E Centre The national charity we chose was Help The Heroes For each charity we raised money for by doing fund rising actives

3. Fund Raising We completed a number of fund rising events for both charities Silly sponsored walk Sponsored Jazzercise which we had 40 students from year 8 alone Wear something summery for the day which we did with the Red house, this shows that we work with other houses to bring them together. 4. Each form came up with its own ideas and run their own individual ideas for fund raising such as: Twister Guess how many? Cake Sale House Raffle Form Fund Rising

5. Over the whole year, Purple house raised money for four charities.

7.  We raised £803 for our two charities; Help for Heroes and The P.A.C.E Centre which is our local charity.  We also raised £132 for Children in Need.  As well as this, we raised £225 for Caner Research through ‘Movember’!

8.  P.A.C.E Centre- Your support enables them to reach children with Cerebral Palsy and their families though intensive programmes, training and outreach. They depend on donations from trusts, businesses, groups and individuals. The First Steps Fund supports our early years Parent and Child (P&C) services. Every gift or pledge to PACE is precious.  P.A.C.E has recently been featured on BBC Children in Need.

9.  Help for Heroes- The aim of this charity is to help injured and or/wounded service men and women. They help them with all kinds of rehabilitation and support services.
