We will continue to modernise the way we work and embrace technology. We will do this in a way that lives up to our core values. Together we will create a great place to work and deliver a high quality healthcare service which is among the best in the world.”

5 Focus in 2015-16 PriorityFocus for 2015-16 Healthy organisational culture The focus this year is on ensuring behaviours consistently live up to expectations. Sustainable workforce Strengthening workforce planning continues to be the focus. Capable workforce The focus this year is on developing a more consistent, Scotland-wide approach to learning and development. Integrated workforce The focus this year is on working with colleagues and partner organisations to implement integrated health and social care workforce arrangements. Effective leadership and management This year, the focus is on ensuring effective leadership for change.

This will help to improve patient care and overall outcomes We are committed to longevity and a continuous improvement approach building on annual implementation plans Our emphasis in the 2015-16 implementation plan is on quality improvement and leadership Together we will create a great place to work and deliver a high quality sustainable healthcare service
