First, save your presentation as a PowerPoint presentation (the default setting). Then do the following: 1.Select “Save As” from the “File” menu at the top-left of the screen. 2.Click on the down arrow next to the “Save as type:” window. 3.Scroll down and select “PowerPoint Show (*.pps). 4.Rename your file (this is optional). 5.Click on the “Save Button”.
